Spits Net Falk Spring Coupling 1020/1030/1040/1050/1060/1070/1080/1090/1100

 

Een netkoppeling bestaat uit twee schachthubs, de metaalnetlente en een gespleten dekkingsuitrusting (die de twee dekkingshelften, pakkingen, verbindingen, en hardware omvat). De torsie wordt overgebracht tussen de twee hubs van de koppelingsschacht door het metaalelement van de netlente. De gespleten dekking verhindert de lente onder de actie van middelpuntvliedende kracht worden geworpen. Smeerolie er bestaat binnen de dekking, welke het smeren het contact tussen de lente en de tandoppervlakte in het geval van droge wrijving.

 

De netkoppelingen zijn beschikbaar met of een horizontaal of verticaal gespleten dekkingsontwerp. De horizontale dekking wordt over het algemeen zoals gemakkelijker bekeken te installeren (kan op elk ogenblik worden geïnstalleerd en worden verwijderd), terwijl de verticale dekking toelaat dat een netkoppeling wordt in werking gesteld bij een hogere maximumsnelheid en op de schachten moet worden geïnstalleerd alvorens de koppeling op zijn plaats wordt gezet.

 

De netkoppelingen zijn ook beschikbaar in verbindingsstuk en halve verbindingsstukontwerpen, die voor het toelaten van materiaal om worden onderhouden ideaal zijn. Dergelijke ontwerpen zijn bijzonder populair in pomptoepassingen, waar een opgevensectie (volledig verbindingsstukontwerp) of het afkoppelbare snel verbindingsstuk (half verbindingsstukontwerp) voor materiaal onderhoudend zonder het ingevette element van de netkoppeling te onderbreken toestaan.
