Nylon toestelkoppeling

De toestelkoppeling volgt de internationale normen van AGMA en JIS, die gemakkelijk om met belangrijke industrieproducten toestaat te vervangen. Onze Toestelkoppeling compenseert hoekige verkeerde opstelling, parallelle verkeerde opstelling en eindvlotter. De volledig bekroonde hubtanden verstrekken minimumladingsspanning, en verzekeren het langere leven.

1. Kenmerk

1) Hoge torsie, kleine grootte, met lange levensuur en zeer weinig verlies van het overbrengen van macht.

2) Het concaaf-convexe flensontwerp staat gemakkelijke assemblage en de hoogte toe - de kwaliteitspakking verhindert lekkage van smeermiddel.

3) De toestelkoppeling laat parallel, hoekig misalignments en eind toe die door de tanden van het kroontoestel drijven.

2. Toepassing:

a) Zware lading, maar compacte ontwerpkoppeling.

b) Het hoog versnellen aan 5000 t/min (afhankelijk van grootte, verwijs naar de gegevens)

c) Beginnende torsie met lage snelheid, maar hoge.

d) De toepassing van de Beëindigenvlotter

e) Vereist verbindingsstuk, wegens langere afstand tussen schachteinden

f) De lage lading en de lichtgewichttoepassing zijn niet aan te bevelen.
