V-katrollen volgens DIN2211 – ISO 4183 (behalve C) geschikt voor standaardtoepassing voor gebruik met de riemtypes SPZ – KUUROORD – SPB – SPC (ISO 4184 DIN 7753/1), klassiek Z – A – B – C (ISO 4184 DIN 2215)

Onze v-Katrollen kunnen worden gebruikt want de toepassing met aan 35 m/s. versnelt de katrolafmetingen zeer nauwkeurig zijn aangezien zij door middel van CNC of automatische draaibanken worden vervaardigd. Voor hogere snelheid wordt het sterk geadviseerd om staal als materiaal van bouw te gebruiken

 

De v-riem Katrollen in deze catalogus worden allen vervaardigd volgens de normen van ISO 4183 en van DIN 2211. Het materiaal voor de bouw van deze katrollen wordt gebruikt is gietijzer GG25 en na het machinaal bewerken zijn alle katrollen PH 0 S PH TED dat. Elke katrol is strikt DYNAMICA LLY EVENWICHTIG met hoge precisie dynamische in evenwicht brengende het machinaal bewerken hulpmiddelen. Het uit zijn evenwicht gebrachte volume zal nauwkeurig verbeterd. Elke katrol kan veilig en betrouwbaar worden gebruikt.
